Personal facts + interests

+ Completed Advanced Cambridge Mathematics, Economics and Computer Science for my final year of High School.
+ Once canoed The Orange River in seven days and also had desert camping trip over a week and a half in Namibia.
+ Played Competitive soccer up to college level.
+ A fan of American Football. Alivin Kamara, Justin Fields, Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert, Julio Jones, Justin Jefferson, Jaylen Waddle and Trevon Diggs are my favourites.
+ Music—I love strings, keys and rooted emotion.
+ Grew up on Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Mr Bean.
+ Marvel over DC.
+ The Joker (Heath Ledger's interpretation) is my favourite fictional characters.
+ I love Western and Victorian Fashion.
+ My dream car choices are as follows; a 1963 Corvette Stingray (not the convertible), a 1957 BMW 507 Roadster, 1955 Velam Isetta or a 1976 Triumph Spitfire 1500.
+ Documentaries over series unless it's mad funny. And if you like the art of cinema, we'll get along easy.
+ I take tea over coffee.
+ I grew up with 5 to 7 dogs and 1 to 2 cats, at a time, throughout my life.
+ Also grew up on a lot of animal planet, discovery channel and national geographic. Was lucky to be in a country that had access to a lot of game parks and parents that could afford to take us once in a while.

I’m a seasoned problem solver who is not shy to learn what's required on the path to a design solution. A graduate of the Architectural Technician and Design Studies programs at Algonquin College with 8 years of self taught experience and professional teaching in graphic work. I also got the opportunity of being 1 of 14 people to obtain a CAD3000 government grant and SUMMIT Certificate at the college in the summer of 2018 to learn the In's and Out's of running a business from local StartUp groups, established business owners and other professionals in Ottawa, ON, Canada.

I have to create. From the expression of my own being; to helping other people pull out parts of themselves creatively that they may not be unaware of or shy to draw out.

process

Every design process begins with a problem to solve. Once the problem is defined, a visual solution can be made for it. I go through the following stages with each project; researching, sketching, concepting and final creation. Depending on the client: personas, site maps, use cases, scenarios, user flow and wireframes may be used to translate the idea before execution.

Research gather information on client and competitors.

Sketch brainstorming phase: sketch drawings and mind maps.
‍
Concept settling down on an idea based on the sketches and mind maps.
‍
Create executing the established idea.
